C Carsus is a digital video recorder, which is connected to cash register(s). This system enables to:
- follow the situation in the shop
- analyze service quality
- analyze purchase patterns of customers
- analyze and calssify the customers of different day time
System displays and records simultaneously two images: view of cash register and in parallel printed text of receipts.
Its possible to program into system different alarm alerts. E.g. when receipt is cancelled, 0 value receipt is issued, very big or too small sum of money on receipt, minus sales etc. User can set, unset and change the alarms. System can send alarm information also by e-mail or SMS to authorised person. Database of alarms can be analyzed by type of alarm, cash register, cashier, product, transaction time, transaction amount, number of receipt, text on receipt etc.
Carsus system can be programed to record continuously, over certain periods of time or only in case of alarm events. Its convinient to record quickly imortant moments seen on monitor to CD.
Microphone can be integrated into system, which enables to listen conversation between customer and cashier.
C Carsus works also over internet. So its possible for security person to follow everything in the shop without leavinhg the office.
C Carsus recorders are available with channels for 4, 8, 16 and 32 cameras and for same amount of cash registers.
